Required supporting information
Business name, ownership, Georgia address and service area, years operating, approximate workforce size, primary cleaning services, current customer types, desired buyer types, insurance status, licensing status, past project evidence (descriptions, dates, references), existing capability statement or registrations (if any), and the main readiness problem you want solved.
What you must provide
Accurate information, copies of relevant documents (insurance certificates, licenses, W-9 if used, past proposals or contracts as evidence, reference contacts), and timely responses to clarification requests. You are responsible for final factual approval.
Delivery process and timing
The three-business-day clock does not start on form submission.
Sequence

- Knyton performs a fit check against the published customer profile.
- If accepted, you receive a secure Stripe-hosted payment link and a request for any missing documents.
- Payment clears and complete information + documents are received.
- Three-business-day delivery target begins.
- You receive draft materials and a factual-approval record.
- One consolidated revision round. Final delivery.
Revision policy
One consolidated revision round is included. Revisions are limited to factual corrections and improvements within the original scope. New requirements, additional buyers, or scope expansion are quoted separately.
Delivery may be delayed by incomplete information, late document submission, or customer response time.

Subsequent customers and expanded scope are priced separately.
Payment flow
No public instant-purchase button. You submit intake. Knyton reviews fit. If accepted, you receive an authorized hosted payment route. Stripe handles payment details. Knyton begins work only after payment clears and complete information is received.
