Project-request emails
The services page opens a pre-addressed email draft. The requester decides whether to send it and what information to include. A typical request may contain a name, business name, email address, website or social-page address, selected service, preferred timing, and a description of the business problem.
Email processing
Sent inquiries are processed through the requester's email provider and the receiving Gmail account. Those providers may retain message content and technical metadata under their own privacy policies and account settings.
Do not send sensitive information
Project-request email is not an approved channel for payment-card data, bank credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, medical information, private customer records, or other sensitive data. Access credentials and confidential client material require a separately approved transfer method.
Hosting logs
The hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for delivery, security, and reliability. The website does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics.
Payments and accounts
This website does not collect card payments or create customer accounts. Any approved payment method, invoice, or service agreement is handled separately and is subject to the terms of the provider used.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry and project correspondence should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, document an accepted or declined engagement, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. A requester may ask that an unneeded inquiry be deleted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Future changes
Before analytics, accounts, website payment tools, or a submission database are added, this notice should be updated to identify the data collected, its purpose, the processor, retention period, and available user choices.
